KinderCare Learning Center in Lancaster offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow. We provide care for children 6 weeks through 6 years old, with preschool and kindergarten programs and before- and after-school care for school-age students.   • Lisa Mowry

    Lisa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Millersville University and Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia where she continued her studies as a doctoral candidate in Psychological and Organizational Leadership Studies in Education. While attending graduate school, Lisa was a substitute teacher at the elementary, middle school and high school level. She also worked with the Autism Education Research Institute as a Therapist, Behavioral Specialist and Instructor. Lisa has experience teaching in Higher Education at Temple University, Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State University where she has worked with both traditional and special needs students. Lisa is passionate about social and cognitive development from early-childhood through young adulthood. In joining the KinderCare team, Lisa feels privileged to spend each day with smiling children while mentoring and coaching an amazing team of teachers.

  • Tammy Dunlap

    <p><!--block-->Tammy earned her bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management from Penn State University and is currently attending Rasmussen College pursuing her child development associate credential. She began her career in Early Childhood Education 13 years ago as a Prekindergarten teacher. Her work in the Prekindergarten classroom sparked her love of teaching! Tammy then went on to teach Kindergarten in a private school for five years where she was promoted to the position of Assistant Director and then Director while she and her family lived in Virginia. Since returning to Pennsylvania and joining the KinderCare team, Tammy has made it her priority to build meaningful relationships with all of our students and their families.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Miss Sarah graduated from Millersville University with a bachelor's degree in art education and fine arts. Since joining the KinderCare team, Sarah has taught Prekindergarten, Preschool, and Toddlers before being promoted to Program Specialist. Sarah enjoys hiking and photography.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Miss Colbee attended Millersville University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys&nbsp; travel, going hiking and spending time with her family. Miss Colbee loves her time spent with her students here at KinderCare!</p>

    <p><!--block-->Miss Shelah graduated from Millersville University with a bachelor's degree in art education and fine arts. She leads our School Age Summer Camp and Academic-Year program. In her spare time, Shelah enjoys taking photographs, painting, reading, and drinking tea.</p>
