In collaboration with your primary care physician, we are committed to working with you on your wellness goals to enhance your ongoing healthcare routine. Services: Community Acupuncture (walk-ins accepted)* Acute Care Massage Therapy (walk-ins accepted)* Health & Wellness Coaching** Mind-Body Fitness Classes (Yoga, Pilates, Balance)*** Integrative Health Workshops Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction *Offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday **Offered on Monday and Thursday ***Offered on Tuesday and Thursday Pricing: Community Acupuncture: $30 (25-60-minute treatment time) Acute Care Massage Therapy: $30 (20-minute treatment time) In-Person or Virtual Health Coaching: $70 (30-minute sessions) Mind-Body Fitness Classes: $15 per class (1 hour) Integrative Health Workshops: Workshop dependent (time varies) Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: $500 (9-week session)
