STR Lancaster provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and dual diagnosis for adults in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We treat addiction, behavioral addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders through PHP and flexible IOP scheduling, including three- and five-day programming. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is offered at every level of care, and confidential drug and alcohol assessments are available for those taking the first step.
