The Healthy Weight Management & Bariatric Surgery program in Lancaster offers a comprehensive approach to weight loss that includes both weight loss surgery and a non-surgical, medically managed weight loss option. Our team includes fellowship-trained surgeons and physicians that specialize in obesity medicine as well as nurses, dietitians, and exercise physiologists. From an on-site exercise center just for patients to diet counseling and support groups, our Healthy Weight Management Center is an encouraging place that is unlike anywhere else in the region. Adolescent Program We offer an adolescent weight-loss program called Activate KIDS! in Lancaster. Activate KIDS! is an 8-week family-centered program that focuses on fun exercise, healthy nutrition, and positive emotional well-being.
