Description
I am a bariatric surgeon with experience managing obesity and related diseases. I specialize in laparoscopic gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy, and I have expertise with lap band and revisional bariatric surgery. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to healthy weight management, utilizing dietitians, exercise physiologists, and neuropsychologists. I am also the Medical Director of Anesthesia and Surgery for Lancaster General Health Physicians, where I serve as the Senior Physician Leader for those specialty practices. My responsibilities include providing operational oversight for my individual practices, guiding the Managing Physicians in their leadership roles within their practices, and developing and aligning practice goals and metrics with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.
